A Special Place

We are thrilled to become the newest asset to the Government Peak Recreation Area. We have enjoyed the trails and public use areas, and look forward to having our kids participate in the Jr Nordics Program and other fun outdoor activities the area provides in the upcoming year.

In our many trips to the trails, we have seen hundreds of guests and volunteers get involved in taking care of the GPRA. Much of these are thankless jobs like picking up trash or simply removing debris from trails, but it is clear that this is a special place with lots of love and community support.

Some of the resources and talents we offer include years of event planning and facilities management experience, an eye for beauty, and heart for making a difference.

We hope to do that by creating social, recreational and educational opportunities at The Chalet, and becoming a trusted partner for other organizations and individuals with the same goals in mind.

Our Planning Specialist, Sierra has 24 years of event planning experience and an education in recreation management. She is happy to help bring your people together with as much or as little service as you may need and keep your event on schedule and on budget.
