Beginning January 1, 2021, The Government Peak Chalet will be under new management. Wildberry Meadows just won the management contract, and has big plans for making The Chalet the place to meet. Wildberry Meadows is a happy family farm and event business run by the Hunsakers. They make life more beautiful one event at a time, and are thrilled to add the Chalet to their places to do so.
This new management team consists of Ben, Sierra and Grandma Kay, but the kids are also a big part of the adventure too. Sierra has 24 years of event planning experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation & Business Management. She is the new Executive Manager and Event Planning Specialist at The Chalet. Ben has 14 years of law enforcement experience and 5 years of safety mitigation on the farm, making him well suited for the Security Manager role. Grandma Kay rounds off the management team as the Service Manager with decades of hospitality and facility management experience. The kids help in various roles as greeters, registration personnel, set up/ take down crew and cleaning.
Some exciting new changes include this elegant website, a load of new planning and event packages, and a sleek software system making hosting your next event a cinch. The Chalet offers online booking and contract signing as well as secure payment for your reservation. They also offer event layout and design services including setup and take down, as well as coordinating timeline, scheduling, event budget and logistics. They can do as little or as much as you might need, and have great options for every budget.
If you have already booked your 2021 event with the previous management, all of your agreements will be honored, and there is no need to make any changes. The Hunsakers will be contacting each 2021 client personally to introduce themselves and make sure they meet or exceed your expectations.
